Give each manager their own login and choose what they can do. Turn any computer into a Room Station that runs games and stays locked until you need more.
Stop sharing your login
Invite each manager from Account Settings → Team. They get their own login, so you no longer hand out yours, and taking access away doesn't mean changing your password.
Every Manager can run Rooms and manage Game Master Profiles. You choose whether each one also gets Room editing, Analytics and past games. Billing always stays with you.
Room Stations that just run games
On the computer that runs a Room, open escapedirector.com/station-setup. It shows a short code. Approve it from your phone, and that computer is ready. Your password never gets typed on it.
A Room Station runs games and shows Leaderboards for its site, and nothing else. Nobody can change your Rooms, see your numbers or touch billing from it.
Unlock it when you need more
Need to fix a Room between games? Unlock the Room Station with your own password and it works just like your own login. It locks itself again when you walk away, and the game on screen keeps running the whole time.
Only the sites they run
With two or more Locations, you can limit a Manager to the sites they run. They see only those sites' Rooms, games and Analytics.
What it costs
Managers and Room Stations cost nothing extra. Add as many as you need.

2An Owner can delete their account from Account Settings → Security. It shows what will be deleted before you confirm.
Signing up no longer asks for a phone number, and your business name is optional.
